This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to not to harass the petitioner and his family members namely Suriyah and Karvannan, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.03.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that there is no petition/no case pending against the petitioner.
