ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-7 & A-8, in Crime No.150 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 379(N) of I.P.C and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that in a temple festival, due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners along with other accused, said to have attacked the defacto complainant causing injuries. He further submitted that the injured was discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured was discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
