Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent police or their men not to interfere in the civil dispute.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent police or their men not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Alleging that the respondents 1 and 2 are interfering with the civil dispute, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4.Admittedly, a complaint was given by the third party alleging https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that a forgery and further fabrication has been done. In pursuant to

the complaint dated 15.03.2015 given by the third party by name Anthony Samy, the petitioner was asked to appear for enquiry, by notice dated 15.04.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a suit. 5.A mere subsequent suit cannot be a ground for the petitioner not to attend the enquiry. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the petitioner to attend the enquiry and cooperate with the same. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be harassed. No costs.
