ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider his application for grant of patta on the basis of the decree passed in O.S.No.380 of 2013 dated 09.10.2014.

2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Govt.Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents may be directed to consider the application of the petitioner on the basis of the civil court decree made in O.S.No.380 of 2013 dated 09.10.2014.

3. The learned Govt.Advocate for the respondents, would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Once the civil court has seized of the matter and come out with a verdict, there is no impediment for the respondents to consider the request of the applicant. In the case on hand, the petitioner wants to consider his application on the basis of the decree made in O.S.No.380 of 2013 dated 09.10.2014. Hence, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the application of the petitioner, dated 24.11.2014, in tune with the decree made in O.S.No.380 of 2013 dated 09.10.2014 , on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
