This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.455 of 2016 dated 11.12.2016 on the file of the respondent police within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.

3. Today, Mr.A.Rajkumar, Sub Inspector of Police, Ganeshnagar Police Station, is present before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously complete the enquiry and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
