ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to expedite the proceedings pending in I.A.No.251 of 2020 in O.S.No.103 of 2015 and dispose the same within a period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The suit in O.S.No.103 of 2015 was decreed in favour of the petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit on 05.09.2019 and preliminary decree was also passed. Now the petitioner has filed a petition in I.A.No.251 of 2020, for passing final decree. 4.Since the I.A.No.251 of 2020 was filed in the year 2020, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti is directed to dispose of the matter, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
