*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment made in public streets and Government lands in T.S.No.1652/1 and 1652/2 in second cement road in American Mission Church Street, T.P.K.Road, Madurai-1. He submitted a representation dated 14.05.2015. The second respondent is the authority competent to remove the encroachment. The Court directs the second respondent to enquire into the matter. If encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed by following the statutory procedure. Notice shall be issued to the fifth respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
