O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the petitioner's survey application made on 21.05.2012, to be acted upon. The petitioner has made a representation on 05.12.2024, seeking disposal of his survey application. However, learned Special Government Pleader would rightly contend that the application made in the year 2012 was in the then offline mode and the then applicable charges alone have been made. However, as on date necessarily application has to be made online and necessary charges should be paid.

2.Considering the above, the petitioner shall make online application for survey to be conducted and also remit the necessary charges. On such application made by the petitioner online, the respondents shall proceed to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application without any delay.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
