ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to take necessary action against the third respondent based on petitioner representation dated 16.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondent on 16.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
