Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Though notice has been served to the sixth respondent, it has not chosen to enter appearance.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent had been allowed to form a road on a water body.

3. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, it has been clarified by the official respondents that the sixth respondent was given only 30 days to use the water body in question to transport materials and that the said period has since expired and that the original period has since been restored. Recording the said development, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
