1420 total extent is 82.5 cents situated at Mavathur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District based on petitioner's application No. 20250213047422 dated 13.02.2025 and consequently direct the third respondent to give a police protection at the time of the survey above said property within a specific period as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for survey of his lands by making an application on 13.02.2025. As the survey has not been conducted, the petitioner has filed the instant Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, for survey to be conducted in the presence of the police officials namely third respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 13.02.2025, with the assistance of the third respondent officials who shall render necessary assistance for conducting a peaceful survey. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
