Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in WMP(MD). No.5120 of 2024 in W.P.(MD)No.5338 of 2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.All the petitioners in W.P.(MD) Nos.5228 of 2024 etc., batch are directed to give an application enclosing copy of the interim order passed by this Court, dated 22.03.2024 to regularise the pay in revised scale of pay. On receipt of the same, the contemnors/respondents are directed to disburse the same to the writ petitioners, forthwith.
