ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.08.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No.20086 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 22.08.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.20086 of 2024 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the Block Development Officer, Kallal, in Na.Ka.No.A2/1509/2023 dated --.03.2025 and a copy of the same has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
