ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents herein to upload the particulars of Manual Pattas vide Patta Nos 960 and 961 issued in the name of the petitioner's father for the property comprised in Survey Numbers 384/32 and 384/31 situated at Vikiramangalam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, his father has been issued patta Nos.960 and 961 for the aforementioned property. However, the same have not been uploaded in the official website of the respondents. In such circumstances, he has given a representation on 11.03.2022 to the respondents requesting them to upload the same in the official website of the respondents. Since the representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.J.Lawrance, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

W.P.[MD]No.7047 of 2022 4.The petitioner has filed copies of the patta Nos.960 and 961 referred to supra along with this writ petition. According to him, the same have not been uploaded in the official website of the respondents. He has given a representation on 11.03.2022 for the said purpose.
5.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2022 seeking for uploading of patta Nos.960 and 961 issued in the name of the petitioner's father for the property comprised in Survey Numbers 384/32 and 384/31 situated at Vikiramangalam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
