Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit for executing the sureties in the 1/3

order dated 23.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1010 of 2024 by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since the petitioners could not execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 23.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1010 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 23.01.2024 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
