RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition fully imposed upon the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.394 of 2021 dated 21.01.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VAIGUNTH.A.S., Advocate for the petitioners and MS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(Crl side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the case has been transferred to CBCID and there are totally 11 accused in this case and 8 accused are still absconding. Hence, she opposed to total relaxation of condition.

the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a month of every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
