The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal Programme in "Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 01.07.2015 at Arulmigu Sri Pattalamman, Sri Karuppasamy Thirukovil at Pattalamman Kovil Street, Uthappuram, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) produced a minutes signed by two groups agreeing before the Tahsildar that before conducting any programme, a request should be made seeking permission one month https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prior to it. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that conducting programme suddenly to give rise to law and order

problem.

3. Considering the same, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to give a requisition as per the Peace Committee Meeting held for the ensuing programme at least one month prior to it. No costs.
