Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is employed in the respondent bank. He is under suspension since 22.03.2018. Any order of suspension has to be periodically reviewed. The petitioner is permitted to give a representation to the Management for revoking the order of suspension and for reinstatement. The Management shall consider the said representation on merits and pass appropriate order within a period of three weeks after receipt of the same. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
