ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the writ petition was filed on the strength of an assignment. But the assignment was cancelled in the year 2016 itself. If that be so, the petitioner has to challenge the cancellation order. 2.Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation order, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
