PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to allow this Civil Revision Petition directing the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Usilampatti, to dispose off O.S.No.90 of 2023 within a time frame as this Court.

ORDER

The plaintiffs in O.S.No.90 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Usilampatti, have filed the present revision petition for expeditious disposal of the above said suit. 2/5

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the revision petitioners herein had filed the above said suit for the relief of declaration that the suit property absolutely belongs to the plaintiff's Temple and for further declaration that the order dated 31.12.1969, passed by the third respondent is null and void and not binding upon the plaintiff's Temple. The plaintiffs have further prayed for decree for permanent injunction restraining the defendants 1 to 6 and 7 from in any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule properties.

3.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that though the defendants have entered appearance in March 2024, so far, they have not filed their written statement and hence, the suit is being adjourned. 4.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.01.2026.

5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
