ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to regularize the petitioner's service, as proposed by the third respondent, he has filed the present Writ Petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents with a fresh representation seeking appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on filing fresh representation, the same will be considered on merits.

4.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, grants liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, enclosing all the required documents along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receiving such representation, the same shall be considered by the respondents and necessary orders be passed thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
