Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Re-Tender Notification issued by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/8476/2021/(Mai), dated 05.04.2022 published in "Thina Thanthi" Tamil Daily Newspaper on 07.04.2022 insofar as Item No.3 of Ponmalai Division alone is concerned and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the first respondent to issue the Tender Confirmation Order for the period commencing from 01.04.2022 till 31.03.2005 in respect of the Item No.4(3) ie., Pay and Use Toilet situated in the middle portion of Central Bus Stand, Tiruchirappalli as per the Tender Notice dated 11.03.2022 by receiving the highest bid amount of Rs.69,50,000/- from the petitioner as per the proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2279/2022/A1 (PON), dated 30.03.2022 and for other reliefs.
