Seeking Legal Heir Certificate, on the death of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents, on 22.06.2015, which is kept pending by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.

2. Mr.S.Murugesan learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The Legal Heir Certificate is one of the important documents for the applicants. Once the petitioner produces the relevant documents as required by the authorities, there is no impediment for the respondents to issue the Legal Heir https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
