This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to provide necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, on the basis of his Representation dated 10.06.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 23.02.2021.
