PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to not to interfere in petitioner's business of Pig farm and its food transportation from Kerala by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2018.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 07.04.2018. 2.The representation made by the petitioner is with regard to alleged interference made by the second and third respondents into the business of the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is running a Pig farm and its food transportation.

3.Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 07.04.2018 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
