Respondents Prayer:This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Joint Commissioner HR & CE Tirunelveli 1st respondent herein to dispose of the revision in R.P.No.1 of 2015 against proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1280/2012/A1/ dated 26.12.2014 appointing fit person in respect of Arulmigu Vadabathirakaliamman Thirukovil Thoothukudi Town in accordance with law within a stipulated period. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision of the petitioner dated 26.12.2014 in accordance with law.
2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Muthugeethayan, takes notice for the third respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the revision of the petitioner within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Counsel for the respondents would submit that the revision of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the revision of the petitioner, dated 26.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
