ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.110 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in the above said Crime number, which has been registered based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 506(1) and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was made ready as "mistake of fact". 4.Since the case has been ended as mistake of fact, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
