O R D E R

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of enquiry which has been initiated in November 2024 at the instance of the petitioner seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the 4th respondent and consequently, restore the patta to its original position.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite issuing an enquiry notice on 14.11.2024, no concrete steps have been taken thereafter.

3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent would submit that patta was issued to the 4th respondent only after conducting due enquiry and therefore, the 4th respondent may be allowed to participate in the pending appeal preferred before the 2nd respondent.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to hear the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal pending from November 2024, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
