2.The petitioner has given an application as early as on 12.02.2015, seeking issuance of patta in his name in respect of the petition mentioned property. The respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition, after issuing notice to all the interested persons, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter and the rights of the writ petitioner are left open. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
