2.This Court posed a specific question to the petitioner's counsel as to whether the petition mentioned restaurant is located on a patta land. The petitioner's counsel frankly stated that it is only on Government Poramboke land. Therefore, the relief sought for cannot be granted. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
