ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's wife namely J.S.Rizwana Parveen, the third respondent, has given a complaint to the second respondent police and the same is pending in that she has alleged that the petitioner is not coming and living in the house.
2. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry and the police shall ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner.
3. With the above direction the criminal original petition is closed.
