Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the respondents from putting up any construction in the petition mentioned survey numbers.

3.The case projected by the petitioner is that if constructions are put up therein, the petitioner pathway right would be affected. This Court wanted to know if the said survey numbers have been classified as cart track or pathway. No material has been enclosed in the typed set of papers for sustaining the said stand. I therefore decline to grant the relief of the writ petitioner in this writ petition.

4.The writ petition stands dismissed.

No costs.
