ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the petitioner's compliant, an enquiry has been conducted. He further submits that at the time of enquiry, it was found that a civil suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6930 of 2020 in C.S.No.464 of 2019 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Tenkasi and therefore, the parties were advised to approach the appropriate civil Court for their remedy. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
