PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to set aside the Bail order of the "ii" condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.377/2017 dated 18.04.2017, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to set aside the "ii" condition in the Bail order imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.377 of 2017 dated 18.04.2017.

Heard Mr.N.Madhava Govindan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Ramachandran , learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners, who were arrested for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.299/2017, were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.377 of 2017 dated 18.04.2017, with condition to report before the respondent Police daily at 10 a.m., for one month and thereafter they should report before the respondent Police once in a fortnight i.e., on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10 a.m., for the next three months.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case gets completed and charge sheet has been filed. He further stated that the presence of the accused/petitioners is no more required for investigation.

Recording the same, the bail condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.377 of 2017, dated 18.04.2017, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
