O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the daughter of the petitioner viz., Ms.Hebsiba Jenifer, aged about 24 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenu appeared before this Court from the Public Prosecutor's Office through video conferencing. On enquiry, she has stated that the marriage between her and one Mr.Dominic Binto was solemnised on 07.04.2021, at Infant Jesus Church. She has completed M.Sc., and perusing B.Ed., and now she is staying in her in-laws house at Tanjore.

3. The statement of the detenu would show that she is not in illegal detention. Hence, she is set at liberty. Accordingly, and the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
