RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.2897/2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.16955 of 2021 dated 1/3/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

RANI SELVAM.M.E, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.2897/2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.16955/2021, dated 01.03.2022.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 12.01.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.16955 of 2021, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Subsequently, at the instance of the petitioners, condition was modified and they were directed to appear before the Cumbum Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioners have appeared and signed only for three days.

CRL MP(MD) No.4942 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the petitioners have not complied with the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.
