PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner under guise of enquiry in respect of complaint, dated 12.03.2022 by the third respondent.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner under guise of enquiry in respect of complaint, dated 12.03.2022 by the third respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 31.12.2021. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
