[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's daughter viz., N.Vivega, aged about 17 years and produce before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.608 of 2021 appeared before this Court from the Public Prosecutor's Office through video conferencing and on enquiry, the detenu viz., N.Vivega expressed her willingness to go along with her father and the petitioner also informed that the detenu will be taken care of.

3. Recording the above statement of the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
