ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.66 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police and to transfer the case to the third respondent police for investigation based on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.2423 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli and since the accused has pleaded guilty, he was imposed with punishment. 2/4
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
