Prayer in S.A(MD)No.54 of 2016:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decreetal order passed by the Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, dated 30.10.2015 made in A.S.No.40 of 2013, confirming the judgment and decreetal order made in O.S.No.97 of 2009, dated 31.01.2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioners and of there is no appearance for the respondents either in person or by Advocate, this Court made the following order: 1/3
