PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certioraified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd Respondent made in his tender summary reports vide New Specification No. 02/2020-21, New Specification No. 03/2020-21, New Specification No. 04/2020-21 and New Specification No. 05/2020-21 dated 12.06.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to issue fresh tender notification.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today through video conference, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by way of appeal under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998, before the concerned authority. He has also sent an e-mail dated 22.06.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to that effect, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
