O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenu viz., Ramya, D/o.Rajagopal, aged about 20 years, from the illegal custody of the third respondent and produce before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.620 of 2021 alleging that his daughter was found missing from 10.04.2021. The detenu was produced by the second respondent. On enquiry, she would state that on her own volition, she left the parental home and married the third respondent on 11.04.2021, at Karambakudi. Now she is staying with the third respondent and she is not willing to go with her father.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
