Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 13.03.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate 1/3
(crl.side) submits that current paper has been closed. As of now, there is no case/enquiry pending against the petitioner.
3. This statement is recorded. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, is not maintainable.
