O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents/Revenue Tahsildar and the Taluk Surveyor of Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to conduct survey of the lands of the petitioner in Survey No. 192/9D2, measuring 7 cents at meesalur Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District. The petitioner had given an representation on 13.03.2023 and also paid necessary charges on the same day.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the aforementioned lands had been settled by the husband of the petitioner by a settlement deed, dated 28.05.2004 and patta had also been transferred in the name of petitioner in Patta No.1161. 3.A direction is issued to the respondents, to examine the representation given by the petitioner and proceed to survey, if there are no objection raised. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of 2/4

four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
