ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.4452of 2020, dated 12.03.2020, to comply with the order.

CRL MP(MD). No.3330 of 2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Proseuctor appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
