Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to refix the pay and pension of the petitioner in the post of Headmistress by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to refix the pay and pension of the petitioner in the post of Headmistress by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.Aairam K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner may be considered by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the above-said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second and the third respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
