The plaintiffs in O.S.No.157 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, Dindigul District, have filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit. 1/4
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed by the revision petitioners for the relief of declaration of title, permanent injunction and for mandatory injunction. Pending suit, the defendant has filed I.A.No.6 of 2024 for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. In the said application the plaintiffs have already filed their counter on 22.08.2024. At this stage, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiffs seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.
3. Considering the fact that the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C, is pending, the trial Court cannot be directed to dispose of the suit. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2024 on or before 31.07.2025.
4. With the above said observation, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 27.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ebsi 2/4
