The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to conduct speedy investigation in Crime No.119 of 2015 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and perused the records.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
