The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not an accused and he was called only for an enquiry, on the complaint given by one Mr.Anand Babu and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would

call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
