ORDER
The accused persons have filed the present petition seeking to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.594 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent wherein the petitioners are alleged to have committed offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS.
2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.
3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of F.I.R.
4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.594 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. 24.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn 2/4
